The VFFR e. V. works on various projects in co-operation with partners from many European countries:

From 1995 to 1997 - within the framework of the European Social Fund - Community Initiative Employment, NOW, with partners from Spain, Great Britain and Italy.
Project title: Advice Centre offering Prequalification Opportunities to Female Immigrants in Dortmund.
From 1998 to 2000 - within the framework of the European Social Fund - Community Initiative Employment, NOW, with partners from Italy and France.
Project title: Initiative Centre of Individual and Structural Incentives to Integrate Female Immigrants into the Labour Market.
From 2000 to 2001 - within the framework of a Leonardo Project, with partners from Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Great Britain, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, The Chech Republic and Slowakia.
Project title: Best Selection of Vocational Guidance Methods.
Support the Way to Literacy is a European project, the target of which is to sensitise specialists in social and educational advisory positions towards the problems of illiteracy in their clients. It offers them methods to discern lacking skills in the cultural techniques of reading and writing. Over and above that, a curriculum for training seminars will be worked out which will be implemented with male and female advisors in 8 European countries.
The project started on 01.10.2002 and ends on 30.09.2004. It will be financed by the European programme GRUNDTVIG. The Kick-off Meeting took place in Vienna on 20 January 2003. Partners from 8 European countries work together on the project.
GenderNet is a European network, the target of which is to determine and evaluate the implementation strategies of practical Gender Mainstreaming from qualification courses and career advice and to disseminate good practical examples throughout Europe via the virtual net.
The project started on 01.12.2002 and ends on 30.11.2005. It will be financed by the European programme LEONARDO DA VINCI.
The Kick-off Meeting took place in Vienna on 17 and 18 January 2003. Fifteen European countries are participating in the project.
